Refunds
We cannot accept returns at this time.
Shipping Policy
Monarca's processing window is 1-15 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please note: the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. We cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Buyer will be responsible for contacting the carrier to inquire about the missing package. Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to the sender by carrier. We check returned packages once a month. The buyer will be refunded if the package is returned to the sender.
Handmade Items
Please note that all items created in this store are handmade. Due to this, products are one of a kind.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange puzzles, as each puzzle is uniquely made and not replicated.
